Delivery Policy

Our delivery service is FREE with all orders over $199.00 to you. Although we cannot guarantee, LYD aims to deliver your items within 2 working days once your item is in stock. We class Monday to Friday as ‘working days’ (excluding bank holidays). As part of this free delivery service we offer next day signed for using DPD’s timed 1 hour service. You will receive an email and text message (if mobile supplied) with your delivery slot from DPD. 

If you would like to use your own courier service, please contact us before placing your order. When you use your own courier service, this will be at your expense and LYD are not liable for any expenses incurred - this includes third-party damages. 

Some larger products may be sent via a different service and at a different cost. If your purchase is of an excessive size or weight, we will inform you at the time of placing your order. These special orders are sent via a signed for service and you should receive your order within 1-2 working days of the dispatch confirmation.

As soon as your order has been accepted, we will aim to deliver the products as soon as possible. Please understand that delivery dates and times are estimates so cannot be guaranteed. We can gain a clearer picture of delivery times after confirmation from the courier via the tracking system. LYD is not liable for loss or financial loss suffered through reasonable or unavoidable delays in delivery - this includes delays due to ‘other’ courier services out of our control. 

All international orders are by full Pro-Forma payment before manufacturing will commence and the order is confirmed, this will form the actual date of "Confirmed Order" with us.

All international import custom's duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser for that country being taken into. LYD does not take responsibility for any import costs to the customers location. Once collected from our warehouse by your courier for international delivery, the insurance cover for the items will be the customers responsibility to cover any losses or damages this would be the responsibility of your courier and insurance.

Six:Yes.We can OEM,Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q7:Do you offer guarantee for the products?
Seven:Yes,we offer 0-5 years warranty to our products.Each product's details page will be described.
Q8:How to deal with the faulty?
Eight:Firstly,Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.3%.
Secondly,during the guarantee period,we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products,we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution Including re-call according to real situation,Direct replacement of new goods.
